  • Gift Cards: Store-issued Atelierknits gift cards.

2. Currency & Pricing

  • All prices listed on the store are processed according to the applicable regional currency settings.

  • Charges on your bank or credit card statement will appear under the store name or its designated payment processor.

3. Payment Security

  • All transactions processed through our checkout are encrypted and securely handled via industry-standard secure socket layer (SSL) technology and trusted payment gateways.

  • We do not store or have direct access to your full credit card or sensitive financial account numbers.

4. Billing Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of checkout before an order is processed, fulfilled, and shipped.

  • If a payment fails or is declined by your financial institution, your order will not be completed or shipped until valid payment is received.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Approved refunds for returned items (in accordance with our Return Policy) are automatically credited back to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
